This bath soap making machine is a finishing one, made for producing toilet soap, bathing soap or hotel soap. Raw materials here are soap noodles and some other stuff. Its designed capacity? 1000 to 2000 Kg of finished soap per hour. With this line, you can make medium and high-grade toilet soaps. They come in different sizes and shapes, and their TFM (totally fatty acid) contain is from 35% to 72%.
Main raw material: Soap noodles. Ingredients include caustic soda, zeolite, perfume, pigment. Or other ingredients, depends on the buyer’s formula.
Water: We use circulating water. It’s in the inter layer of augers on the refiner mill and duplex vacuum plodder. This water is for cooling the machines.
This line is designed with cooling technology. We use a high-temperature chiller to cool water to 5 Celsius. Then circulate this cold water into the refiner mill and duplex vacuum plodder—so to cool the machines down, improve their stability, and make better quality soaps. Also, a low-temperature chiller is used. It cools the coolant to -18 Celsius. Then we circulate this cold coolant to the molds on the toilet stamping machine. This makes the soaps easy to take off the mold, so you get high-quality toilet soaps.
We’ve got a 4-head soap stamping machine. One time, it can press 4 soap bars—each with the needed pattern. And this machine? It can meet a production capacity of 1000 to 2000 kg each hour.
Also, we can design molds and even produce them ourselves. If the buyer has requirements—like the toilet soap’s shape, size, weight, or the logo that needs to be pressed on it—we can make the molds just for that. No problem with following what the buyer need.
When it comes to machine materials, we have options. We can manufacture the machines all made by carbon steel. Or, if you prefer, we can make the parts that touch the soap with stainless steel SS304. That’s totally up to you.
And we don’t just have one type of toilet soap production line. There are lines with different capacities. Like, the small one is 100-200 kg/h, then there’s 300-500 kg/h, 500-1000 kg/h too. The big one, which matches the 4-head stamping machine, is 1000-2000 kg/h. You can pick whichever fits your needs.
