Dual-Chiller Thermal Technology and De-molding Precision
The primary secret behind the high efficiency of this bath soap making machine setup is our advanced dual-zone cooling system, which stabilizes the compound during heavy compression:
Internal Machinery Cooling: For the processing water, we use circulating water. It’s in the inter layer of augers on the refiner mill and duplex vacuum plodder. This line is designed with cooling technology using a high-temperature industrial chiller to cool water to 5 Celsius. Then circulate this cold water into the refining sectors—so to cool the machines down, improve their mechanical stability, and make better quality soaps.
Die-Head Shock Freezing: For the stamping phase, a specialized low-temperature chiller is used. It cools the liquid coolant down to an extreme -18 Celsius. Then we circulate this cold coolant directly to the heavy-duty molds on the toilet stamping machine. This deep freeze makes the soaps easy to take off the mold instantly at high speeds, so you get high-quality toilet soaps without any surface tearing or edge deformities.

The finishing sector features an ultra-reinforced 4-head soap stamping machine that can press 4 soap bars simultaneously with your exact branded pattern. This mechanical press easily handles an hourly throughput of 1000 to 2000 kg.
