Automatic toilet Soap Machine Line
This automatic soap production line of ours, main raw material is just soap noodles. It cuts out the complicated saponification step straight, speeds up production and makes it much more stable. Good for people who just got into the production business.
Talking about its workflow, it’s actually pretty simple. First, workers pour the pre-ready soap noodles into the feeding hopper. Once in the hopper, you need to add a little additives — things like fragrance, colorant, or moisturizing materials. The mixer stirs all these material evenly, finally turns them into fine granules.
Next, the materials go to the three-roll mill, for further processing and grinding. It grinds them into thin sheets, then move on to the extruder next. The extruder presses them, turning the materials into one after another even thick soap strips. These strips are then sent to the automatic cutter, the machine cuts them into small sections of fixed length. After cutting, these small sections go into the molding unit. Pressing them with special mold turns them into soaps of different shapes — square, oval, and if customers have custom needs, that works too.
Finally, the finished soaps are sent to the packaging line. The whole process doesn’t need much manual work actually. The production line is easy to operate, and it works with any types of soap noodles. For factories that specialize in making soap, this production line is really practical.
