100-300kg/h fully automatic soap making machine line

This fully automatic soap making machine line takes soap noodles as raw materials. It's a soap forming line, with output ranging from 100 to 300 kg per hour. It goes through raw material mixing, grinding, strip extrusion and cutting. Soaps produced have fatty acid content between 40% and 80%. The size, weight and pattern of the soap can be customized as required. The equipment is made of carbon steel. Oh, and the output is indeed 100-300 kg per hour, as mentioned.

A sigma Z-type mixer is selected. It features dual shafts with two speeds, rotating relatively at 55 degrees to turn over materials.

The three-roll mill is mainly used for mixing and refining granular soap raw materials at normal temperature. Through the mutual extrusion of the surfaces of three horizontally arranged rollers, friction at different speeds achieves the grinding effect.

The soap base is extruded, stretched, dispersed and ground to change its crystal structure. Finally, it is continuously extruded in granular form. A special reducer with fully ground hard tooth surfaces is adopted. It features low noise and long service life.
