Laundry bar soap making machine

This laundry bar soap making machine line uses soap noodles (or soap bars) as raw materials.​

The production process starts with mixing. Workers mix soap noodles, stripes, perfume pigment, essence and so on together.​

After mixing, the soap noodles are sent to the three-roller mill by a conveyor belt. In the mill, they are made into thin soap sheets.​

Then these thin sheets go into the vacuum twin-screw plodder machine. The machine turns them into long soap strips of the desired shape.​

Next, the long strips are cut. A cutting machine or toilet soap stamper machine cuts them into soap bars of required size and shape.​

Finally, if needed, the soap bars are packed by a packing machine.​

This line can produce soap bars in various weights. Common ones are 15g, 20g, 30g, 60g, 120g, 200g, 260g, 500g, 800g, 1000g and more. Sometimes, due to small adjustments in the machine, the weight might vary slightly by 1-2 grams, but it's within the acceptable range.​

The soap production finishing line comes with different capacities.​

For the toilet soap production line, the options are 100kg/h, 200kg/h, 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 800kg/h and 1000kg/h. Sometimes, when the raw material quality fluctuates a little, the actual output might be 5 - 10kg less than the stated capacity in a few hours.​

As for the laundry soap production line, it has more choices. They include 100kg/h, 200kg/h, 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 800kg/h, 1000kg/h, 1500kg/h and 2000kg/h.​

The soap production finishing line has its own features.​

  • First, the finishing lines in the series – whether for laundry soap, toilet soap or translucent soap – gather all components. These components are the most reliable and durable.
  • Second, the mechanical design has its merits. It tends to be simplified. It is more robust. It consumes less energy. The off-stream rate is low. It is easy to maintain. It is more people-oriented. Both the outside and inside of the machines have a good view. Occasionally, the paint on some machine parts might have slight color differences, but it doesn't affect the performance.
