The fully automatic laundry making machine production line include: mixing process, three-roll mill, twin-screw double-layer vacuum strip press, soap cooling chamber, vacuum strip cutter, and soap cutter.
All raw materials is mixed by mixer, then ground into soap granules by three-roll mill. The vacuum strip press make soap materials into soap strips, and stamping machine cut them into soap blocks.
*All motors are controlled by distribution box, soap materials is transported by conveyor.
*Water pump are used to supply water for cooling the vacuum strip press; vacuum pump is used to evacuate the soap materials.
*The parts of mixer and vacuum strip press that contact with soap materials can be adopt 304 stainless steel.
The Soap Mixer have specially designed blades. They make soap granules and ingredients mix evenly. Dyes and ingredients can fully blend into soap granules. It meet different customers' needs.
After mixing is done, the product is discharged through the bottom discharge door. It is easy to use, and operation is simple.
The pressure between the three rolls are strong. The grinding effect is good. When grinding special formulas or harder soap granules, it won't reduce production capacity.
This machine use double-layer screws. It is driven by independent drive and transmission systems.
The first strip press act as a single-process refiner. It make soap granules under vacuum conditions.
In the last strip press, soap is squeezed into strips. It is sent to the downstream cutter or molding machine through the orifice.
This machine are used to handle transparent soap and soap strips extruded by soap strip machine. It can automatically wind and cut into blocks continuously.
This machine have an electronic cursor tracking system. It can cut soap of any size and weight according to computer settings.
The machine is driven by soap strips. The precision of finished soap can reach ±1g/±1mm.
