The production flow is clear. It starts with a soap mixer. Then a belt conveyor moves materials along. Next comes the three-roll mill machine. Another belt conveyor takes over. After that is the vacuum plodder. Then the soap stamper does its part. Finally, the soap packing machine finishes the job.

Our range of soap machines and production lines is wide. They cover laundry soap, face soap, transparent soap and more.

We have different capacity options. There’s 20-50kg/h, 50-100kg/h, and 100-200kg/h. The process uses the latest technology to make all types of laundry soap. It boasts low investment and high efficiency. Though sometimes, the actual output may lag a tiny bit behind the stated range when new operators are still getting familiar with the setup.
