This fully automatic soap making machine adopts servo motors and other components from well-known brands. The entire machine includes: Soap Mixer, Three Roll Mill Machine, Duplex Plodder, and Cutting Machine.

High-Efficiency Soap MixerSoap Mixer Machine 

It’s a single-shaft, two-blade paddle.​

A motor drives it through a gearbox. It rotates continuously.​

Its function is to mix soap noodles, flakes, and additives—both liquid and solid.​

After mixing, the soap material is discharged through the bottom discharge gate. The gate is controlled by a pneumatic cylinder.​

It mixes soap noodles with perfume, color, and additives effectively. This meets various customer requirements.

 Three roller mill  

The three roll mill is for soap refining. Three rolls sit horizontally. They rotate at different speeds.

Refining is done through pressing and squeezing between adjacent rolls.

The main frame is made of high-quality stainless steel. It’s strong and sturdy.

All gears are precision-manufactured. They’re bathed in oil lubricants. This ensures long service life, lower noise, less wear, and better reliability.

Rolls are made of special alloy. They have high hardness and good wear resistance.

Double screw Plodder 

The double-single-screw vacuuming machine consists of two single-linker units. Each has its own independent closed-speed transmission system.

The machine uses precision gears. The screw is made of new aluminum alloy or high-quality stainless steel. It’s corrosion-resistant and durable.

All soap-contact parts are made of high-quality stainless steel. The control system can use variable frequency or electromagnetic speed regulation. Production capacity can be adjusted... wait, sorry, slipped up there. Production capacity can be adjusted arbitrarily.

 Cutting Machine
