Soap production lines are divided into two parts. If your raw materials are oils/fats and caustic soda liquid, you will also need saponification equipment and production line equipment. If your raw materials are soap noodles and other products, only production line equipment is required.

The main production equipment of the production line includes the Three Roll Mill Machine and the Duplex Plodder, which mainly serve the functions of grinding and noodle extrusion. Grinding can make the soap delicate, and the soap noodles can have various shapes and tightness.

The picture above shows the details of the machine, where the motor of the Duplex Plodder can be seen. Well-known motors and components are used. There is also a display of the rollers of the Cutting Machine, which are engraved with the customer's patterns. The whole machine is made of carbon steel, and the parts in contact with materials are stainless steel. The materials can be replaced according to customer requirements.
