This laundry soap line use soap pellets as raw material.

• First, mix the pellets with perfume.
• Then the mixture go into the triple-roll refiner by conveyor belt, making thin soap sheets.
• It then feed into the extruder to form long soap strips.
• After that, the strip is cut into bars of the required size by a cutter. There are two types: mechanical or automatic.

If needed, the bars is packed by a packing machine. We can make bars of 60g, 120g, 200g, 260g, etc.

This soap factory use neat soap (soap noodles) as raw material. Capacity is 300–800 kg/h. After mixing, grinding, vacuum extrusion, and printing-cutting, the machine can make high-grade soap with fatty acids between 35% and 60%. It use double-screw vacuum plodder, making the soap hard and not easy to crack.
