The soap mixer works like this: there’s a motor and a gearbox, and these two parts drive the mixing shaft—keeps turning at a steady speed the whole time.
There are two mixing blades on the shaft, fixed real tight. When the shaft spins, the blades move around inside the mixer’s drum. What do they do? They mix soap noodles and flakes really well—plus all the liquid additives, and even the solid ones, too. Nothing gets left out.
When mixing’s done, what comes next? The blended material needs to come out. There’s an air cylinder under the mixer; it controls the discharge door. The door opens by itself, and then the material drops down nice and smooth.
How’s the mixing turn out? Real good—thorough and even. Color pastes blend right into the soap base, and all the additives dissolve fully, no leftovers. This mixer can handle whatever formula a customer needs—no trouble at all.
