Equipment includes  : soap mixing machine – soap conveyor – soap three roll mill – soap conveyor – soap dispenser/soap extruder/soap plodder – soap cutting machine – soap stamp machine – soap package machine

Design description:

This production line forms soap using soap noodles as raw material.

• It handles raw material mixing, grinding, vacuum stripping, and stamping.
• It produces mid-to-high-end soaps. These soaps have a fatty acid content of 55-70%.
• It makes the soap structure dense. The soap is less likely to crack.

Production process:

First, put soap noodles or flakes into the mixer. Start the mixer.

Add fragrances, pigments, other additives, and preservatives evenly.

Once mixed well, open the square material valve. Feed the material into the silo.

Wait, then close the mixer.

Start the first lift conveyor and the three-roll mill. Open the silo valve.

Let the material enter the conveyor. It sends the material to the mill for grinding.

Once material enters the duplex plodder machine, confirm continuous production is possible.

Start the first screw. After discharge, start the second screw.

After the soap comes out. Start the stamping machine  and the fourth conveyor.

Check that stamping speed matches conveying speed.

Good soaps go into trays. Soap ends and defective ones go back via the conveyor.
