Soap Mixer

The soap noodles and pigments, etc., are stirred in a container for 5-10 minutes to ensure thorough mixing of all raw materials.

Three Roll Mill Machine

The materials are conveyed to the Three Roll Mill Machine, which has three rollers with different rotation speeds. The materials are ground and refined on it, making them much finer.

Duplex Plodder

After passing through the Three Roll Mill Machine, the materials are conveyed to the Duplex Plodder. Equipped with twin screws, this machine further grinds the materials. Subsequently, the materials are heated and shaped into soap bars. After several rounds of grinding and mixing, the soap bars feature a smooth and compact surface.

Stamping machine   

The soap bars are conveyed to the Stamping machine, where they are shaped under the pressure of customized molds. After shaping, the molds are rapidly cooled via the Freezer to enable easy demolding, resulting in soaps of various shapes. The patterns on the molds can be customized as needed.
